Dinner Menu

Chicken in Wine Sauce ~ This is one of my family's favorite dishes.  It has chicken breasts, swiss cheese, wine (or chicken broth) in a creamy sauce & topped with stuffing.  (4 serv)  $22.00

Alabama Chicken ~ Chicken, onion, bell pepper & celery mixed in a creamy sauce & poured over wide egg noodles. (9x13)  $22.00

Parmesan Chicken ~ Chicken breasts breaded in parmesan cheese, garlic & Italian seasonings. (4 serv)

Tomato Sausage Penne ~ Italian Sausage, tomatoes, garlic, onions, wine, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese & penne pasta baked into a hearty casserole.  (9x13)  $25.00

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp Scampi ~ Pasta served in a buttery garlic sauce & topped with shrimp.  (4 serv).  $23.00

Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells ~ Jumbo shells stuffed with spinach, ricotta cheese & parmesan cheese covered with a tomato sauce.  (4-6 serv)

Sour Cream Enchiladas ~ Chicken, sour cream, green chilies rolled in a corn tortilla & covered with a creamy sauce. (9x13)  $23.00
